Bavarian Pilsner - Montana Craft Malt

from $0.25

Our Bavarian Pilsner malt comes from our friends at Montana Craft Malt. The MCM Bavarian Pilsner is a German style pilsner malt mad from European barley varieties grown in Montana.

It is malted in a traditional German fashion and has a light-yellow straw color with a clean, grassy, and straw-like characteristic, and undertones of honey and bread crust.

Use in your next Pilsner, Helles, or pale lager to achieve flavors with grainy, grassy, and light honey notes. May be used in smaller amounts when brewing Kolsch, Pale Ales, and IPAs to add a clean malt backbone.
